- Within a Risk / Finance / Asset Liability Management (ALM) Reporting Tribe, you will be the Product Owner of one of the two Risk Squads, primarily responsible for managing the calculation of International Financial Reporting Standard 9 (IFRS9) provisions, stages 1 and 2: Exposure calculation, Probability of Default (PD) / Ratings calculation, Loss Given Default (LGD) calculation, Calculation of the data required for the stages 1 / 2 frontier, Calculation of the “Watchlist” indicator, and transmission of the above-mentioned data to the Group for the final calculation of IFRS 9 stages and provisions
- This role will allow you to develop your visibility through interactions with a wide range of entities and users from strategic business lines. You will grow within a Group that offers more than 300 professions and a broad range of training opportunities to build your skills throughout your career. Your Main Activities Are
- To identify and understand the needs of clients and employees, in line with regulatory developments and the domain’s strategic priorities, then translate them into clear functional requirements for the teams
- To oversee and coordinate product development and delivery, with an end-to-end approach and as closely aligned as possible with user expectations
- To prioritise and organise the team’s work, set objectives, and monitor delivery progress
- To actively contribute to team life, test deliverables, and ensure they meet business expectations
- To work closely with the main business line (Risks), a second Risk Squad responsible for Stage 3 provisioning, and other Squads within the Tribe (Finance / ALM)
- To take user feedback into account as part of a continuous improvement approach
Profile and Skills to Success
- Bachelor Degree in Business Economics / Engineering / Management or related
- At least 7 years of experience as Project Manager / Product Owner or similar
- Advanced level of English, both written and oral
- Knowledge in Credit Risk parameters / MS Excel / large Databases
