About the job

  • The Junior Project Manager's mission is to facilitate and support the success of projects while contributing for the continuous improvement of the project management methodologies and associated tools and techniques

Your Main Activities Are

  • Advise or support projects ensuring that the key project outcomes are delivered
  • Manage small scale projects (such as internal process reviews, team initiatives etc)
  • Provide support to meaningful project structure and governance, and the management of key stakeholders
  • Provide support on method and expertise to frame and execute projects, or specific project streams, on time, on quality and on budget
  • Support to the organization, and participate meetings and workshops using pertinent techniques and providing perceptive results
  • Support clients in implementing project outcomes and follow-up outcomes with clients
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and reporting for clients and management
  • Provide continuous support to the team members and share knowledge already acquired with junior team members
  • Facilitate and promote knowledge sharing within the team
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the team and its methodologies

Profile and Skills to Success

  • Master’s Degree in Business Management or Information Technology and Computer Science
  • Up to 2 years of experience in Project Management and Consulting
  • Fluency in English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools, namely Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to collaborate
