WHO WE ARE
We are the Spain IT Production organisation, part of CIB ITO & ITG. With over 400 experts, we deliver secure, stable and efficient production services across EMEA, supporting infrastructure, telecom, security and application domains.
MISSION
As an IT Production Service Coordinator, you will be the single point of contact that ensures service excellence and compliance. You will align service level agreements, drive capacity planning, and support third‑party risk management, all while fostering strong client relationships and continuous improvement.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Design and maintain SLA catalogue entries with Production teams.
- Lead monthly Control‑Tower and Capacity Steering meetings, recording actions and outcomes.
- Oversee audit responses and control campaigns, preparing briefs and validating owners.
- Monitor capacity, produce quarterly reports and create forward‑looking capacity plans.
- Support TPRM processes, maintain the Outsourcing Arrangement Repository, and coordinate BAU activities.
- Collaborate with the Production Service Manager and CIO Office to update SLAs and present KPI results.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- ≥ 3 years in IT Production, ≥ 1 year in banking/insurance.
- Strong command of English (fluent); French (operational) is a plus.
- Expert knowledge of IT production steering, business‑IT relationship and communication.
- Proven ability to facilitate meetings, inspire commitment and analyse processes.
- ITSM experience (ServiceNow preferred) and certifications (ITIL, Agile) are advantageous.
