Procurement & Imex Intern - CFC (12 months, starting 17th August 2026)

This position will be based in Geneva.

YOUR TEAM

Attached to the Deputy CEO, the Procurement & Imex department serves as the primary point of contact for external service providers of the bank and facilities management. Its mission is to ensure the proper implementation of Group standards and procedures while securing the best commercial terms. With its diverse expertise, the Procurement department plays a vital role across multiple business sectors including IT, real estate, travel, security, facilities, consulting, and more. Procurement department is responsible for maintaining good relationships with suppliers, managing purchasing needs, controlling the bank's expenses, monitoring supplier-related risks, and ensuring local market intelligence.

YOUR WORKDAY

As an intern in the Procurement and Imex department, you will:

  • Processing Purchase Orders and support on the Procure to Pay Process
  • Support on centralizing and reviewing contracts.
  • Assist in identifying inefficiencies and proposing improvements in procurement workflows.
  • Work closely with procurement, finance, and operations teams to ensure smooth end-to-end processing of invoices and payments
  • Contribute to the implementation and adoption of new tools and technologies 
  • Assist in maintaining accurate records, generating reports, and analysing key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Assist in the process of day-to-day facilities management tasks (travel, inventory, security, real estate)
  • Help troubleshoot discrepancies between purchase orders, invoices, payments and travel request.

YOUR PROFILE

We are looking for someone who is:

  • CFC “employé de commerce"
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP) is a plus.
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
  • Comfortable working in a multicultural environment.
  • Fluent in French; knowledge of English and other languages is a bonus.
