Private Capital Fund Accounting Deputy Team Leader
ABOUT THE JOB
Our Fund Expense team is a newly created group in the design‑and‑build phase, based in Kraków. The team will work directly with two locations – France and Luxembourg.

Good English language skills ( and communicative level of French are advantageous), as this is the primary languages used for daily communication within the team and with stakeholders.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Performing invoice data preparation and payment packs with relevant backups
- Participates in the onboarding of new funds or clients
- Investigates standard and non-standard queries from internal and external parties
- Performing required controls in Fund Expense area and participate in the design of new potential controls for the process risk capture
- Participate in the Global Project of Fund Expense scope
- Supporting Team Leader in supervising the team's work and progress
- Coordinates and overviews tasks allocation to ensure efficient distribution of work within the team
- Supports the Team Leader in managing and developing the team
- Support the Team Leader in onboarding new team members into the Team
PROFILE & SKILLS
- Minimum 2 years of professional work experience in invoice processing data and payment or/ and accounting / fund accounting areas
- Knowledge of Private Capital will be a strong asset
- Previous leadership experience preferred
- Strong interest in the leadership path and development
- Excellent communication skills including fluency in English (French would be an asset)
- Positive attitude, adaptability and ability to maintain motivation in a changing environment
- Presents agile approach towards fast changing requirements due to project scope
- Excellent organizational skills
- Very good working knowledge of MS Office applications.
- Presents proactive, focused on outcome and "to- go" attitude towards ongoing Global Project design of the Fund Expense scope
