Our teams in Spain and Luxembourg support a diverse client base of alternative‑asset managers. MISSION
As a Junior Analyst in Private Capital Fund Administration, you will be the go‑to professional for onboarding new funds, handling investor transactions and ensuring regulatory compliance. You will support fund accounting, tax and regulatory reporting, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to maintain the highest standards of service and data quality.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Process investor capital movements, contributions and distributions for Spain‑ and Luxembourg‑domiciled funds.
- Perform bank reconciliations, invoice entry and NAV preparation in the accounting system.
- Generate financial statements and quarterly NAVs in line with the applicable GAAP.
- Compile regulatory reports for CNMV, AEAT and Banco de España.
- Set up investor accounts, share classes and produce periodic investor communication.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or a related field.
- Experience (or strong interest) in fund accounting, FA/TA of private‑capital funds in Spain or Luxembourg.
- Good understanding of depositary and fund‑administration operational routines.
- Fluency in Spanish and English (both written and spoken).
- Strong teamwork, negotiation, creativity and adaptability skills.
