Position Purpose
An increasing role is played by ISPL Operations to support various Business lines. The position’s main purpose is to equip ISPL Operations with the ability to contribute to Transformation around the 5 levers defined at Group level

Scope of the role requires intervention on occasional / ad hoc subjects (requiring reactivity & analytical mind). Responsibilities
Detailed description of the role:
1. Business Management
a) Experienced in developing Business Strategy & handling Business Management topics
b) By adopting operational plans, carrying out evaluations and analysis, strive to keep the business productive, efficient, and organized at all times.
c) Be responsible for preparing / Oversee Business Agendas for Senior stakeholders/visitors & work on Business related content/large scale presentations.
d) Manage large gatherings, townhalls on behalf of Operations Management requiring to coordinate with various teams such as Brand & Communication; Operations Management; Global Stakeholders, Facilities & admin departments etc.
2. Projects
a) Actively contribute / lead in projects / initiatives driven by central , region or local ISPL Management
b) Active participation on ad hoc tasks and/or projects as assigned by Management from time to time
c) Ensure tracking & completion of projects in timely manner with reporting to Management
3. Budget
a) Contribute to Performance Management, Budgets & Financial Monitoring
b) Be accountable for maintaining related data & analysis around Budget topics
c) Be able to report, monitor & track Head Counts & costs including variance from budget to actuals
d) Maintain data points for being able to simulate Metrics/KPI around these points
4. Governance
a) Ensure overall governance & monitoring of the Key deliverables pertaining to the department
