Position Purpose

Coordinating with procurement team for facilities requirement requirements.

Track expiry dates of all annual maintenance contracts and licenses etc.

·
Coordinate with service providers, suppliers to ensure quality of services.

Tracking and timely processing of vendor bills to ensure continuity of

Ensure essential services like EB, Aircon, diesel and water availability on
periodic basic

Checker for all critical invoices like AMC, RC, LL EB, water and aircon and
parking invoices

Physically validating all Chennai AFMG invoice before sending it for
