Arval Competence Center Warsaw is the latest initiative of the BNP Paribas Group, which aims to develop competences and business services. Currently, ACCW employs over 70 people who help Arval Group entities in different languages every day to efficiently serve Clients and Partners. ACCW creates solutions that are intended to streamline Client and supplier verification processes. The Center specializes in, among others, credit analyses, KYC analyses, KYS analyses and also performs tasks in the field of HR data administration and internal control.
Arval Competence Center Warsaw as a part of Arval Service Lease Poland is looking for new employees for the position KYC with German.
Your responsibilities
- Obtaining information regarding customer credibility from internal and external sources
- Analysis of documents and information to present recommendations and conclusions regarding the client and his activities
- Conducting ESG and CSR audits
- Registration, maintenance and updating of clients' KYC and ESG data in IT systems
- Monitoring and carrying out the recertification process in cooperation with other departments
- Controlling and validating KYC analysis
- Support for the alert management process
- Preparing reports for management staff and stakeholders as part of due diligence and financial security processe
Our requirements
- University degree in economics, finance, law or related fields
- At least one year of experience working in the area of customer due diligence (KYC/AML/ESG)
- Knowledge of English language – C1 level
- Knowledge of German language – minimum B2 level
- Very good use of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Excellent analytical skills
- Good communication skills
- Effective time management and organizational skills
