Junior Specialist - FDS Payments and Transfers Team
Requirements:
- Knowledge on the Fund Industry
- Accuracy and attention to details
- Stress resistance and ability to work under pressure
- Fluency in English (min. B2)
- Multitasking

- Risk awareness and ability to propose/implement process improvements
- Self-motivation, willingness to learn

Responsibilities:
- Processing daily payments instructions and transfer orders in order to deliver required service accordingly to SLA requirements.
- Performs daily checks in the system, input payments instructions, placing and settling transfer orders to ensure process is delivered in line with the procedures.
- Monitors incoming email queries to ensure timely responses.
- Reports to Team Leader any system or process problems to ensure the issues are addressed.
- Prepares required reports to fulfil SLA requirements.
- Identifies and reports gaps in the process in order to reduce risk and inefficiency in the process
