Reconciliation IT offers a framework enabling technical and functional standardization of reconciliations in order to maintain productivity and quality to the users. Reconciliation IT works for CIB & 2S métier for various department across globe to serve the reconciliation needs for both control and financial reconciliations. IT systems are integral to the business and are a key part of the value proposition to clients. These IT systems range from industry standard products for standard process automation to internally developed, often, market leading IT applications. The IT teams owning these IT systems are made up of functions that include Technical and Application production support, Business Analysis & Project Management, Development & Maintenance and Quality Control. Position Purpose
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Project Manager with a strong background in JAVA development to lead our Reconciliation application. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of software development methodologies, project management best practices, and JAVA technologies. The Technical Project Manager will be responsible for managing the entire SDLC development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment, and will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. Run technical projects in the vertical which will include providing direction, project planning and tracking, reporting. Unblock technical challenges.
The position has a strong focus on stability, flexibility, and expertise to always guarantee the proper client expectations. They key interactions are with Project Sponsor, Operations team, Architecture, Security and various other IT teams. Working in a very quality oriented environment, the position requires Agile knowledge as well as experience to design and execute the applications from initiation to delivery.

Responsibilities
· Lead software development projects from inception to deployment, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
· Owner of technical projects including planning, tracking and implementation.
· Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA engineers, business analysts, and stakeholders, to ensure that project requirements are clearly defined and understood.
· Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, and track progress against these plans.
