- Solution design, development, testing and bug-fixing
- Impact analysis of major changes to ensure compliance to existing architecture
and principles of the product
- Ensure solutions are fit for purpose, secure, scalable and cost-effective
- High level feasibility and estimates for any anticipated business need
Contributing Responsibilities
- Identify the technical debt in the product and drive continuous improvements on them
- Contemplate alternative technical orientations
- Participate in the quarterly application upgrades

Technical & Behavioral Competencies
· Extensive experience in SQL.
· Hands-on experience in Core Java, Spring, Rest APIs, Spring Boot, Microservices, API Gateway, Lambda Function.
· Ability to learn new technology quickly and seamlessly manage workload to meet the deadlines.
· Ability to take ownership of small and medium sized tasks and deliver while mentoring and helping team members.
· Knowledge and/or experience of the financial services industry is advisable
· Have working experience in an Agile team environment
· Prior exposure in offshore-onshore development/maintenance projects
· Ability to challenge existing designs and suggest alternative directions. Taste for innovation
