We are currently looking for an IT Risk Officer – M/F – Fluent in English - in Lisbon
BE PART OF OUR DYNAMIC IT RISK & CYBERSECURITY TEAM
Our IT Risk & Cybersecurity Team is in charge of managing and supervising the deployment of the IT Risk Practices and follow the remediation projects in the entities of its scope.
YOUR FUTURE MISSION IN THE IT RISK & CYBERSECURITY TEAM
As part of the development of IT Risk Management team, EMEA CIO is looking for an IT Risk Officer, who must be based in Porto. This professional will be part of a team ensuring IT Risk management and reporting for some EMEA countries in Cardif scope.
Main Functions:
- Be the referent on IT risk topics within his scope and toward Regional and Corporate ITRO.
- Implement and lead IT risk governance that aligns with the Group’s IT governance and the region’s strategic priorities.
- Prepare and animate the IT and Cyber Risk committees.
- Participate and provide expertise to the entity’s CISO as part of architecture committees.
- Assist in the expert’s identification of his entities on each of IT risk themes.
- Promote the use of IT risk management tools and best practices.
- Analyze, classify, and consolidate IT risks in his scope.
- Ensure a minimum annual review of It risks.
- Approve the treatment of non-major IT risks.
- Follow the control plans and ensure the execution.
- Prepare, with the CISO, responses to the requests from regulators related to IT risks.
- Monitors the progress of IT risk remediation projects and actions.
- Participate in the entity’s budget year.
- Provide regular reporting on key information or alerts in his scope.
- Maintain the IT risk mapping and register.
AS OUR NEW IT RISK OFFICER, YOU MUST HAVE:
- At least 5 years of expertise in IT Risk and Cyber Security area
- Fluent in English (mandatory)
- ServiceNow GRC IT module user experience
- Very good Expertise in MS Office tools especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Very good organizational and communication skills (both written and spoken) in a multi-cultural environment.
- Good level of awareness for details
- Ability to manage/facilitate a meeting
- Ability to develop and adapt process
- Ability to conduct a negotiation
- Systematic, critical and logical thinking
- Aim to deliver very high-quality results, respecting the deadlines
- Respect the procedures, methodologies and directives
- Good listening and questioning ability
