- The IT Risk and Cyber Security Senior Officer’s mission is to ensure IT and Cyber risks are managed properly. It plays a key role in securing information systems. By monitoring, detecting, investigating, analyzing, and responding to security events, this Officer is focused in the adaptations, deployment and maintenance of the IT and Cyber Risk Management Reference Framework
Your Main Activities Are
The Business CISO officer will be acting as a link between the Business, the IT teams and the Regional CIB CISO teams. He/she will contribute to identify and manage Cyber Security Risks on several topics, while ensuring the compliance to BNPPARIBAS group and CIB Security Policy.
The professional will have the mission to identify, assess and implement BNP Paribas Group security policies on IT Systems, including:
- To ensure correct interpretation of multiple contexts in order to determine requirements and define the guidelines to meet the security standards across different IT systems;
- To provide security advisory to IT and business stakeholders.
- To review, in accordance with corporate Cyber Security and Risk management requirements, deliverables from IT security analysts related to IT projects portfolio
- To contribute to Cybersecurity projects evaluating risks, defining solutions, tools and processes to implement in accordance with corporate guidelines
- To provide expertise and perform in-depth analysis on complex security scenarios related to project or run context with special focus on cloud based solutions.
- To participate in Global Security Awareness, cross communication or training initiatives.
Profile and Skills to Success
- Academic background in IT or relevant area is mandatory
- Good understanding of architecture (application and technology layer) is mandatory.
- Knowledge of cloud based architectures is valued
- Previous experience in Cybersecurity and IT Risk is mandatory
- Experience in Project Management is a plus
- Very good knowledge of security related standards (ISO/IEC 27000-series, ISO 27005, ISO 31000 ) is valued
- Working professional proficiency in spoken English is mandatory;
- Working professional proficiency in spoken French is nice-to-have;
- Dynamic person;
- Good interpersonal skills;
- Integrity;
- Ability to work with teams in multiple geographical locations (Portugal/France);
- Autonomy.
