About the job

  • The ‘Cyber security & Digital Fraud’ (CDF) department sits at the BNP Paribas Group level for Cyber Security
  • In this department and within the ‘Expertise & Innovation’ domain, in the ‘Enterprise Security’ team made of cyber security experts on a wide set of topics such as:  End-user devices (Windows, iOS and Android), Cloud (Microsoft 365 and Azure), Datacenters and Networks (IP, IoT and Wifi), you will be in charge of the Identity & Access Management (IAM) topics including: Identity: Governance and models : Centralized, Federated, Decentralized; European Digital Wallet benefits, opportunities and challenges; Authentication: Multi Factor & Strong Authentication re-definition; Biometry evolutions; FIDO / FIDO2 benefits, opportunities and challenges; Study of new factors; Access Right Management: Privileged Access Management; In different contexts, some of them including robots (RPA)
  • With a strong background on IAM technologies (including SSO, Kerberos, SAML), Risk assessment and good knowledge of PKI / Cryptography principles, you will be the main point of contact on IAM for the other IT stakeholders / counterparts from the domain, department or Group. To do so, you’ll have to rely on your good communications skills and to demonstrate your capabilities to listen, learn, challenge and educate in an International Group

Your Main Activities Are

  • Contribute to the Group’s Cyber Security strategy by identifying blind spots, new threats and opportunities
  • Challenge existing standards and designs
  • Update or define IAM related requirements applicable at Group level, aligned with this strategy taking into consideration: The (local) regulation, The constraints from IT producers, The end-user experience
  • Help business lines to guarantee the security measures are properly considered and the overall alignment with the Group’s strategy
  • Challenge the risk assessments and the associated counter measures on major projects
  • Monitor the market in a continuous manner to identify new solutions to mitigate new threats or attack vectors
  • Run PoC on innovating solutions  

Profile and Skills to Success

  • Bachelor's in Information Technology and Computer Science
  • Up to 2 years professional experience in Information Technology
  • Risk and Cyber Security knowledge
  • Risk Analysis & Management
  • Analytical Ability
  • Attention to detail/rigor
  • Creativity & Innovation/Problem solving
