ABOUT THE JOB
We are looking for a skilled IT Business Analyst specialized in Project Management tools to act as the bridge between our business stakeholders and technical implementation teams.
In this role, you will not just be managing a tool, but shaping how our organization executes projects. While we currently utilize Broadcom Clarity (CA Clarity PPM), we are looking for a specialist who understands the broader landscape of Project Portfolio Management (PPM) solutions. Your mission will be to optimize our PM toolset, gather complex requirements, and drive the configuration and enhancement of systems that empower our Project Managers and PMO.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for PMO and business owners, ensuring clear communication between business needs and technical delivery.
- Requirement Engineering: Lead workshops and sessions to capture, analyze, and document business requirements, pain points, and opportunities for process optimization.
- Solution Design: Translate business needs into functional specifications and technical designs for tool configuration, workflows, and system enhancements.
- Tool Optimization & Configuration: Drive the setup, maintenance, and enhancement of PPM modules (e.g., Resource Management, Financials, Demand & Portfolio Management, Timesheets, and Dashboards).
- Implementation & Integration: Oversee the lifecycle of tool enhancements, from requirement gathering and UAT (User Acceptance Testing) to deployment and release planning.
- Process Improvement: Actively recommend best practices, governance standards, and innovative ways to use PM tools to improve organizational efficiency.
- Support & Documentation: Provide functional support, troubleshoot complex issues, and create high-quality documentation (process maps, user guides, and training materials).
PROFILE & SKILLS
- Proven Experience: 5+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst, specifically focused on implementing, configuring, or optimizing Project Management or PPM tools.
- Analytical Excellence: Strong ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Tool Agnostic Mindset: Deep understanding of PPM logic (Resource Management, Portfolio Management, Financials, etc.) and experience working with enterprise-grade PM tools (e.g., Clarity, Planview, ServiceNow SPM, Jira Align, or similar).
- Stakeholder Engagement: Exceptional ability to manage expectations and communicate effectively with both technical developers and non-technical business leaders.
- Lifecycle Management: Experience in managing the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), including requirement gathering, UAT, and deployment.
- Communication: Fluent English (both written and spoken) is essential.
- Mindset: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
