Your Main Activities Are
- Main contact point within the Investment Services (IS) department on Forex (FX) spot/forwards, complex FX derivatives, money market in coordination with Financing Solutions and Relationship Managers (RMs)
- Expanding and developing the range of FX products offered to clients and improve related processes front-to-back
- Conduct projects at Wealth Management (WM) Switzerland or WM International Markets scope with FX products as underlying
- Drive and push the marketing of new FX products and processes within the organization
- Main contact point on the tool MarginMan within WM Switzerland especially vis a vis RISK for market risk and model risk in close coordination with Forex Execution & Advisory Desk and Financing Solutions as well as RMs
- Update and development of the tool in coordination with the vendor
- Run of controls developed in Python as requested by RISK (PV, stressed PV)
- Participation and contribution to the quarterly committee following derivatives
- Participate to WITT project on money market, FX and derivatives in coordination with Product Owners
- Build and nurture relationship with key stakeholders (Business, Functions, among others)
- Design new processes
- Build KPIs
Profile and Skills to Success
- At least 7 years of Experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of financial products, financial markets
- Knowledge of the main concepts of market risk, credit risk and other financial / operational risks
- Knowledge of forex and money markets and related front-to-back processes
- Knowledge of coding language (VBA, SQL, Python, R, among others)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio)
- Fluency in English
- Project management and change management
- Able to analyse processes, capacity to synthetize
