About the job 
The Global TACNAC coordinator plays a key role in Global Banking CCCO (Chief Conduct and Control Officer) Front-to-Ops missions and within Global Banking acting as the main point of contact in the coordination of approval process for new transactions and activities (TAC NAC) within Global Banking and in the oversight of TACNAC activities, ensuring compliance with internal procedures and providing support to TACNAC/Global Banking community. 

Your Main Activities Are 

  • Coordinate exceptional transactions and new activities approval process, acting as the main point of contact between stakeholders and support the Committee Chairperson
  • Ensure the monitoring and follow-up of action points raised by the approval committees' stakeholders, and the execution status with Business Sponsors 
  • Liaise with Business Sponsors and the Chairperson on key points identified by the LOD2 Functions and (Operational and Permanent Control) OPC / TAC NAC teams worldwide
  • Provide advisory support, ensure compliance with internal methodologies, tools, and standards
  • Act as the main GB (Great Britain) point of contact on TACNAC related matters and any development projects
  • Perform qualitative reviews of internal memos and functions' opinions and act as the main point of contact for update relevant documentation in accordance with CIB Guidelines
  • Ensure data input and also quality check of data reported at worldwide level
  • Contribute to the GB Governance 
  • Establish regular reporting on the main operational risk indicators
  • Ensure that regular training is provided to the TACNAC community within Global Banking
  • Supervise TACNAC control execution 
     

Profile and Skills to Success 

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Finance, Economics, Management, or related field 
  • Fluent English, both written and spoken
  • At least 5 years of experience in Operational Risk and Permanent Controls or Global Banking
  • Experience with Microsoft Office tools, especially with advanced Excel and Powerpoint
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with staff and management at all levels
  • Ability to work as part of a team, with autonomy, determination, and capacity for initiative and working under pressure

As a Global TAC NAC Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to work with a wide range of stakeholders, including Business, LOD2 Functions, and other teams within GB

You will be able to enrich your level of knowledge of Global Banking activities and interact on an ongoing basis with TACNAC community 

You will be part of CCCO Global Banking team having the opportunity to learn more about CCCO missions on the identification and assessment of non-financial risks and promotion of an adequate conduct and risk management culture
