At BNP Paribas, we develop and support a sophisticated software platforms designed to cover the entire corporate credit chain process. Our system, utilized by thousands of employees across 50 countries since 2019, serves corporate clients and large institutions worldwide. We are deeply involved in cutting-edge projects, including initiatives aligned with the Net-Zero Banking Alliance and Environment, Social & Governance (ESG) programs.

We operate using the Scrum methodology, ensuring monthly deployments to multiple global production sites. Our development teams, each consisting of 5-10 members, collaborate seamlessly from France, India, and Poland. Our newly established Polish tech hub, which began operations in 2023, is at the heart of launching exciting new projects. We foster a supportive environment where technical skill development is encouraged, with talented individuals within local and global teams sharing knowledge and providing support to one another.

UX Developer

Requirements: 

  • Proven experience in UX design, particularly for web or mobile applications.
  • Strong understanding of information architecture, navigation principles, and page structuring.
  • Ability to conduct user research and translate findings into actionable design insights.
  • Proficiency in creating personas, user journeys, empathy maps, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
  • Experience collaborating with development teams to ensure technical feasibility of designs.
  • Familiarity with usability testing methods and iterative design improvements.
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards and ability to perform accessibility audits.
  • Experience working with design systems and contributing to their evolution.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret UX performance indicators (e.g., bounce rate, time on page).
  • English language proficiency (min. B2)

Responsibilities: 

  • Design and optimize the user experience for our main software platform.
  • Define and maintain the information architecture and navigation structure.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions.
  • Collaborate with product owners and developers to ensure a consistent and intuitive user experience.
  • Create and maintain UX documentation, including design guidelines and interface specifications.
  • Participate in co-design sessions and workshops with users and stakeholders.
  • Monitor and analyse UX metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of UX methodologies and design processes.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive innovation in user experience.
