Position Purpose
The jobholder will be a part of the Global Markets team within Performance Steering team managing Management Reporting activities for Costs and Headcount (HC). The role will require him/her to act and work with Product Analysts, Performance Steering teams in HO, other Finance teams & Senior Management

Direct Responsibilities
The jobholder’s primary responsibility is to ensure timely and good quality service delivery to our global stakeholders both in finance and business with insightful analysis. The role therefore requires strong analytical capabilities, collaborative mindset and ability to engage effectively with stakeholders. The key responsibilities include performance management and analysis, business partnering, governance & controls, process improvement/transformation and stakeholder engagement.
Global Markets Reporting
Global Market activities covering mainly worldwide Cost monitoring activities focused on monthly, quarterly reporting of actual costs/HC and budget support on an annual basis. He/she is responsible for the smooth day-to-day operations by
· Preparation of the database for extensive analysis of Costs & Headcount by business line, cluster, nature, & country, entity; understanding the key drivers by closely coordinating with product analysts, performance steering teams (HO), other finance teams & IT teams
· Contributing to timely and accurate financial communications which is key in Business Review presentations for Costs & Headcount covering Actuals & comparison versus Previous year & Budgets
· Contribute to Ad hoc analysis, new requests improving processes and providing value added commentary.
· Update, maintain and advise on monthly system parameters & referential (i.e. mapping tables for Centre and Allocation Hierarchy) for reporting
· Timely reconciliation and issuance of HC reports (Management Accounting vs CIB HR)
· Timely and good quality contribution to the allocation of Income on Equity based on RWA
· Supporting the accrual process with OneCapp & Other extracts/reports
· Supporting correct regional view by processing RBR adjustments (Results by Region)
· Manage / perform adjustments in management accounting system for correct management reporting
· Perform sanity checks / high-level reviews of daily/monthly reports, analyzing and responding to queries from the Paris HO, Business and senior management
· Prepare monthly management reports & other related management reporting within pre-set deadlines
· Manage the production process of budget exercises following HO and Regional PM guidelines
· Extensive support to the Paris HO for Budget on allocation key review/updates & loading of HC and Costs.
· Review process documents and keep the procedures for production of all reporting tasks up-to-date
· Promoting and implementation of Finance projects (new systems, procedures, standards/regulations)
Contributing Responsibilities
· Performing and ensuring robust operational controls are applied in line with the Group requirement
· Continuously striving to identify improvement opportunities to improve efficiency & effectiveness
· Drive to value-add with enhanced analysis and commentaries for steering performance

Technical & Behavioral Competencies
· Relevant experience in a similar role, preferably in banking or global financial services company
· Knowledge of Global Market business & products will be preferred
· Advanced working knowledge of MS Excel
(Formulae, pivot tables, charts, graphs, power query, etc.)
· Excellent PC skills, ability to learn new systems quickly
