Cash Management Servicing represents a key business of CIB involving different poles of BNPP and relying on several teams all along the value chain. This is an activity acting for corporate clients in respect to their cash management services and products.  

CIB Cash management’s objective is to be first in terms of quality of service, keeping the client at the heart of our activity and ensuring customers’ satisfaction.

EMEA CIB Cash Management Servicing organization started its transformation journey and a new model has been defined to support business ambition.

To accompany and monitor this transformation in a stimulating environment, we are looking for Leaders to join this pan-European challenge, managing Servicing teams, accompanying the new organisation implementation,  based on new skills, new processes and on a new IT set-up.

You will work closely with the business and Sales (Cash Management, Relationship Manager, Business Manager, Local Product offer manager, etc. ), products teams (Cash Management payments and collection, Liquidity management, e-banking, etc ), and with EMEA Teams Hub.

Cash Management Sales Support

Business Mission

1.    Support of Head of Cash Management Iberia:

o    Financial reporting and statistics - follow-up of revenues, fees... etc.

o    Coordination of several commercial initiatives

2.    Support of Cash Management Sales Team in Iberia:

o    Assist in client relationship of Cash Management clients

o    SPOC for European Sales Advisory and Proposal Management Desk to respond to RFP questions related to Spain and pricing validation. 

o    Attend meetings with clients and accompany them with their daily business

o    Prepare client pitches and commercial material and take responsibility for following up actions points until completion

o    Perform data input: reporting, pricing, etc. 

o    Deal with the Distribution List and solve not very complex requests sent by Coverage on daily basis.

o    Collect and present to Sales team, data to be analyzed concerning customers’ operative (pricing leakage, income decrease, or significant increase not justified…)

Main Responsabilities

  • The successful candidate will work with the Cash Management Sales Team to actively review some of the relationships in their portfolio and develop MNC Clients with an objective to market Cash Management Solutions to increase the Business Line Revenues.
  • Help Cash Management Sales in their commercial activities by providing support on RFPs, preparing specific activity reports and drafting commercial presentations.
  • Candidate has to be client-oriented, as he will attend customer meetings and be the point of contact for follow-up actions.  Where appropriate candidate may also have to negotiate terms and conditions.
  • Constantly evaluate and understand customer banking practices and trends in the market.
