Your role at Arval

  • Order management: ordering and tracking (request for delivery) of charging solutions; this may be for a charging station, charging cable and/or charging card. You also submit the request and follow up on the relocation of charging stations via our partner.
  • Data management: you ensure that the charging solutions are linked to the correct contract in our system, so the charging sessions are invoiced correctly to the right customer and with the right contract.
  • Consultation and communication: As a central point of contact, you support suppliers, customers and colleagues from different departments with questions, complaints and follow-up queries. In the event of issues, you follow them closely, escalate the matter to the provider where necessary and communicate the case internally to the departments concerned.
  • Process optimisation: In collaboration with our providers, you will actively work on making improvements and boosting efficiency within existing processes.
  • Incident & escalation management: You will meet with our providers on a regular basis to discuss key areas for improvement, incidents and escalations. You define an action plan and agree on deadlines. It is essential to follow the action plan strictly.
  • Order checks: You verify the accuracy and completeness of incoming orders and monitor the quality of the administrative processes.

Your skills

  • Ability to work and think at Bachelor level
  • Very good knowledge of both official languages: Dutch/French – plus knowledge of English
  • Initial work experience is a plus
  • Precise & able to cope with stress
  • Empowered with a sense of responsibility.
  • Interest in the automotive sector & mobility solutions.
  • A keen eye for detail and accuracy, ensuring every quote/order and invoice can be prepared according to the correct calculations and information. You will convert your useful and active product knowledge into a varied and extensive range of tasks.
  • Customer focus in order to be able to offer flawless service to both your internal and external stakeholders (customers & drivers).
  • Able to negotiate with the different suppliers to guarantee the right service expectations.
  • Result-oriented, both individually and in teams, in order to achieve personal and team objectives.
  • Able to plan and prioritise your workload in a planned and balanced manner.
  • A dynamic personality to be able to give the necessary input to the team, colleagues and customers in order to increase engagement.
  • You are someone who values respect, helpfulness and open communication
