What is this position about?

Client Transaction Management (CTM) is a dedicated team within ITO Credit Operations (CO), independent from the CIB business lines/Coverage. It covers all credit operational activities i.e.: deal implementation, deal lifecycle and credit risk parameters monitoring.

The primary responsibilities include:

•    Ensure legal documentation conforms to Credit committee decision and to alert Business & Risk in case of breach.

•    Ensure the safekeeping of the legal documentation.

•    As consultant to outsourced team members on legal documentation and queries related to systems and reporting.

What would be your typical day at BNPP Paribas look like? 

Responsibilities include:

•    Review draft agreement to ensure the draft conform to credit decision and internal procedure

•    Validate fulfilment of conditions precedent, follow up on condition subsequent, documents /temporary waiver

•    Provide guidance, training and support to outsourced team members. To oversight the tasks performed by the outsourced team members.

•    Assist in communication with internal and external audits control

•    Assist with projects, UAT and tasks as assigned

•    Collaborate with other teams to ensure smooth execution of process, project and new activities.

•    Safekeeping – coordinate document storage and retrieval request.

What is required for you to succeed?

•    Degree in Banking & Finance with at least 12-15 years relevant experience  

•    Ideally with supervisory experience, not mandatory

•    Good understanding of financial products and risk concepts

•    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,

•    Ability to identify and analyse problems and develop effective solutions 

•    Familiarity with industry trends, regulations and best practices

•    Ability to present information clearly and persuasively
