Data Project Manager

• Within the COO of Global Banking (GB), the GB Data Office (a great team of 6 FTEs as of today) oversees the Global Banking Data Strategy to support Global Banking ambitious / objectives
• The GB is also in charge of defining and promoting strong data governance framework, strengthening data quality, and ensuring that data is accessible, consistent, and responsibly used across the organization (Worldwide scope)
• Within the Global Banking Data Office team, the Data Project Manager will be responsible for leading data projects and ensuring deliverables quality
• Will steer and/or contribute the project and the associated budget that enables its execution, coordinate the project actors and contributors and be the key contact person for the entire project during the integration and deployment
• Will have domain knowledge on the specificities of managing a data project (for example Data Management and Privacy by Design) and should master the fundamentals of data management, data privacy and data protection
• Will also support the deployment of data management guidelines “Enterprise Data Management Framework” — EDMF) across the organization (GB Business Lines, Regions and Operations)
• For that, will coordinate and work in close collaboration with different stakeholders/contributors (Business Lines, RISK/Finance, IT, CDOs, etc.) and act as the key point of contact for its scope of responsibilities

• Oversee projects, covering planning, implementation, timeframes, features, quality and costs. 
• Ensuring the alignment between business needs and IT developments
• Contribute to the implementation of the applicable data management and data protection Group’s frameworks (procedures, governance and controls) in collaboration with Business Lines, IT and support Functions
• Coordinating data transversal topics with group function / CIB / GB and ITO stakeholders
• Leading data-related regulatory changes for its perimeter (e.g. internal and external audits & BL task force upon request)
• Applying change management frameworks within data related projects
• overseeing data strategy (with Business Lines, Regions, and Value Chains) & ensuring alignment with GB’s data vision
• Overseeing the annual GB data maturity assessment (regarding to BCBS239 Data Regulation)
• Being one of the key entry point for BLs & Regions & Data Offices and Senior Management 
• Monitoring Data transformation through relevant KPI's (KPI's Factory)
• Defining and maintaining the data standards for GB 
• Overseeing Strategic committees (e.g. GB Data Board) and contributing to TAC / NAC instances
• Supporting Data platform & Self‑Service practices (Use case Management, Data Plateform governance, watchtower, etc
