We are looking for a Credit Analyst to join C&CIB Group at TEB. The team manages all credit aspects of the portfolio within BNPP Group and works with TEB and BNP Paribas coverage and product groups incl debt capital markets, fixed income, corporate finance advisory.

Client portfolio is extremely dynamic and challenging which use the full range of banking products from trade, treasury services, bilateral loans to Capital market transactions. The position is involved in i) the whole due diligence and credit approval process as well as ii) the transactions from origination (in tandem with coverage) to approval and execution.

Requirements:

  • University degree from Industrial Engineering, Financial Engineering, Economy, Business Administration
  • Minimum 5 years (for Manager) or min. 2 years (for Assistant Manager) of hands-on experience in financial analysis of corporate entities 
  • Solid financial literacy, credit analysis skills
  • As the person will be drafting and presenting credit proposals in English Excellent command of English

Main responsibilities include:

  • Responsibility of a dedicated portfolio of TEB CIB Clients (Top 20 largest Turkish conglomerates) for all financing transactions and credit aspects
  • All aspects of credit due diligence (financial analysis, projections, client interviews, rating analysis)
  • Credit package write-up for transactions and annual review
  • Presentation to the relevant credit committees – local and BNP Paribas
  • Contribute to CCIB Turkey strategy at client and portfolio level
  • Ability to form and represent a strong view on overall risk assessment, opportunities and strategy to be deployed on the portfolio both at annual review time and on specific deals
  • Acting as a coordinator between local and global business parties for transactions
  • Contribute to adhoc requests and transactions
