About the job

  • People Analytics is the AI & Analytics center of expertise for HR. Our goal is to support HR teams in leveraging data to help strategically manage activities and improve employee experience. To achieve this, People Analytics use a AI & Analytics platforms for data processing, visualization and AI. People Analytics offers analyses, dashboards, predictive models, and digital solutions that meet the needs of senior management, HR teams, and business units. Within People Analytics, you will join a dynamic and multidisciplinary team of about forty employees, working in Paris and Lisbon in an agile mode. You will work with other data experts (including data quality analysts, data analysts, data engineers & data scientists) and will be in constant contact with other HR experts. As a Data project manager, you will be responsible for steering strategic HR analytics. You must ensure that the customer value of the products is constantly, frequently, and sustainably maximized while respecting the allotted timelines and budget. 

Your Main Activities Are

  • Ensure alignment between business needs, Analytics and IT developments, as well as high-quality deliverables
  • Work closely in Agile mode with Analytics team (Data analysts, Data engineers, Data quality analyst), IT teams and coordinate various stakeholders
  • You will be the reference point for data projects during their integration and deployment phases
  • You will listen to evolving customer needs and ensure the satisfaction of the end user (HR Business Partner/Employees/Senior Management) by gathering needs and collecting feedback from the Sponsors
  • Conduct feasibility studies, risk analyses, and impact assessments for each project to ensure their success and alignment with the company's strategic objectives
  • Ensure the delivery of trustworthy products (Personal data protection, Security, Robustness and reliability, Ethics) in connection with the teams in charge of data management, and with the chapter lead to apply the principles of data product governance, and maintain a continuous improvement dynamic

Profile and Skills to Success

  • Academic Background in Finance, Management or Audit
  • At least five years of experience as an analyst
  • Fluency in English
  • Quantitative and analytical skills
  • Project management skills
  • Ability to anticipate business/strategic developments
  • Ability to inspire others and generate engagement
  • Organizational skills
  • Communication skills (oral and written)
  • Knowledge in Tableau; PowerBI, Excel and DataIKU
