About Business line/Function:
Enterprise Services purpose is to centralize core corporate functions, re-enforcing and elevating the objective to actively support strategic initiatives across the bank. It encompasses Workplace & Corporate Services, Data Office, Procurement, Third Party Management Office, and Location Strategy for CIB Americas.
Enterprise Services Transformation is supporting ES in various capacities including high level governance oversight, advisory to project and hands on project management to optimize the set up and data quality & control (via Identification & Execution of both Location Strategy as well as Efficiencies & Digital solutions for Enterprise Services scope.

Position Purpose
Provide project management for the Enterprise Services transformation platform. Examination of both qualitative and quantitative information with the goal being to provide our internal clients an optimal experience / process, propose practical improvements, and bring about meaningful discussions for the improvement of the platform. Bring oversight and ownership. Understand priorities of different domains and provide strategic inputs.
Responsibilities
Direct Responsibilities
- Develop and execute change roadmap for Enterprise Services in support of Ambition 2025
o Support Change Management, Project Management, and guidance to the CIB Americas Enterprise Services Management team
o Identify and execute impactful change management initiatives within Enterprise Services and track and monitor change with specific KPIs
- Contribute to the execution of the CIB Americas strategy
o through the identification of solutions to bridge gaps in system functionality aiming to reduce time and risk associated with manual manipulation (via macros, data aggregation platforms, workflow tools, Data Visualization tools such as Power BI)
o either by directly implementing the solution or partnering with the Digital Lead or coaching operational teams to enable them to carry out the execution
- Support Transformation Projects covering the following activities:
o Process assessment of identified areas within the bank, including identification of scope to leverage better solutions (optimization of processes or Digital Solutions), roadmap definition & business case
o Produce project reports; request, collect, analyze, query, verify consistency and completeness and integrate weekly status reports from project work streams
o Monitor projects deliverables, timeline, risks and dependencies with project managers to ensure the completeness and adequacy of deliverables
o Consolidate & report all efficiencies initiatives per department on a regular manner (HC, Savings & Transformation costs) ensuring alignment with Finance
- Continuous Improvement Projects
o Continuous Improvement – Efficiency Dashboard
o Contribute to the team reporting and monitoring, collect and process Finance data
o Automate to simplify complex processes internally and for our internal clients
o Owner for few technical improvement projects including planning, tracking and implementation.
