Cybersecurity and IT Risks Engineer - CSIRT Analyst W/M

In a context of maintaining the high level of existing activities while growing the number of international customers, we are looking for our Cybersecurity and IT Risks Engineer - CSIRT Analyst!

 ABOUT THE JOB

We are looking for a Level 1 CSIRT Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for alerts analysis, triage, prioritization and dispatch (using our internal Security Orchestration, Automation and Response tool), answers to “Ad hoc” CSIRT needs, and perform reporting using Excel and Power BI.


MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

 

The main responsibilities are: • CSIRT alerts analysis, triage, prioritization and dispatch (using our internal SOAR tool) • Handling and remediate reported phishing cases • Answer to “Ad hoc” CSIRT needs • Produce Dashboard / reporting

REQUIREMENTS

* IT Tools:

• Good knowledge of SecOps, CSIRT, incident management tools • Ticketing tools (Service Now, Jira…) • Proficiency Excel / Power BI • Basic management of the MS Office package

 * Languages

 - Fluent level of English is a must - B2 or higher.

- Nice to have: French level B1 or higher (oral and written).
- Any other European language is nice to have.

 SKILLS

- 1 or 2 years of proven experience in related activities.

- Knowledge of SOC / CSIRT environments – Ability to work internally on confidential matters – Open and team-oriented profile rather than highly technical – Advanced student/graduate of a computer science related career (nice to have) – Knowledge of standards as OWASP, ISO/IEC27001, ISO 22301, ISO3100 and best practices – Dev skills (nice to have) – Knowledge of Application security – Proven working experience in the cybersecurity field (SecOps / IT Risk / CSIRT) – Network security (nice to have) – General security background – DLP basic knowledge – IAM/PAM basic knowledge – Web security (nice to have) – Stress management – Curious and propose solutions. – Capacity to manage several projects in parallel and respect the deadlines. – Autonomy and time management – Customer & results-oriented (service delivery will be the heart of the activity) – Ability to communicate and report to different levels in the organization – Proactivity – Motivated to pick up new skills as you go – Analytical and problem-solving skills – Structured analyst, capable of embracing and using data analytics to assess risks, scope audits and test controls – Team worker
