Spain IT Production

Spain IT Production organization consists of CIB ITO & ITG IT Platforms and is responsible for providing IT Production services to our Clients in EMEA, ensuring a Digital Market evolution, in a secured and performant environment, and with a reliable quality. IT Production organisation includes Infrastructure services, Telecom & Workspace, Production Security and Application Production domains and associated transversal services (CTO Office, Control Tower, PMO and IT Continuity). In Spain, IT Production relies on a Platform with over 400 experts that provide full-stack support services ensuring a secure, stable, standardized, and efficient production.

ABOUT THE JOB

MISSION

One of France’s leading payment‑solution providers, Floa offers consumers split‑payment options, micro‑credits, bank cards and insurance products. Floa works with more than 15,000 e‑commerce merchants and point‑of‑sale locations—including Cdiscount, Veepee Voyage, Samsung, Bricomarché, SFR, Iberia, Oscaro, Vide‑dressing, etc.—as well as key travel players such as Selectour, MisterFly and Very Chic, for which it develops tailor‑made services.

Already a market leader in France, Floa is present in Spain, Belgium, Italy, Portugal, the Netherlands and Germany, and aims to become the European leader in multi‑installment payment solutions.

Since February 2022, Floa has been part of the BNP Paribas Group. Floa’s products and services stand out for their ease of use for end‑customers and rapid integration for partners.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support the strong development of FLOA in the payment/financing solutions market
  • Analyze the (retail and e-commerce) market and identify commercial targets
  • Ensure commercial prospecting and pre-sales of payment solutions
  • Respond to prospect requests and present payment solutions
  • Ensure the implementation of new partnership contracts
  • Actively participate in various B2B events and trade shows

REQUIREMENTS

Studies

  • Master's degree (Bac +5) in:

Experience

  • Customer Relationship Management
  •  Project Management
  • Digital Business / Digital Transformation
  • MBA (optional but valued in large companies)

Languages

  • English mandatory
  • Spanish desirable.
