CLIENT SERVICES INTERN
Main Responsibilities
- Respond to clients via email and telephone, delivering prompt and professional service.
- Perform documentation tasks including account opening, KYC updates, account closing, and suitability checks.
- Conduct background checks and negative media screenings.
- Process fund applications and redemptions (booking of transactions).
- Distribute routine communications and required materials to internal teams and clients.
Position Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s program in Business Administration, Law, Economics, or a related field (minimum of two years remaining of the degree to be eligible for the internship).
- Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail and solid organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team‑oriented environment.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to take initiative.
- Advanced proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
- CPA‑20 certification is a plus.
