CLIENT SERVICES INTERN
 

Main Responsibilities

  • Respond to clients via email and telephone, delivering prompt and professional service.
  • Perform documentation tasks including account opening, KYC updates, account closing, and suitability checks.
  • Conduct background checks and negative media screenings.
  • Process fund applications and redemptions (booking of transactions).
  • Distribute routine communications and required materials to internal teams and clients.

Position Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s program in Business Administration, Law, Economics, or a related field (minimum of two years remaining of the degree to be eligible for the internship).
  • Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail and solid organizational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team‑oriented environment.
  • Proactive attitude and willingness to take initiative.
  • Advanced proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
  • CPA‑20 certification is a plus.
