A SENSE OF PURPOSE

Creates new sales channels, manages prospect and client relationships with the intention to acquire new and retain existing clients and grow the business in terms of fleet, services, and profitability by delivering expert advice and tangible value added.

DUTIES

  • Manage the strategic prospect and client relationship with the intention to acquire new and retain existing clients, and grow the business in terms of fleet, services, profitability and margins by delivering expert advice and tangible value added.
  • Manage complaints and drive solutions internally.
  • Visit leads and prospects (in the Large segment, Business Managers manage prospecting by themselves), present Arval, identify needs and opportunities and propose our offer. Perform contact plan: 10 visits per week.
  • Convert prospects to clients on the basis of qualified leads resulting into signed framework agreements.
  • Use the Arval Sales Methodology: 
  1. Deliver advice and tangible value to the right prospect/client decision makers by delivering our offer, fleet/business reviews, CCP advice and TCO savings opportunities.
  2. Define the account strategy of clients securing client loyalty, maximizing opportunities and ensuring perfect understanding of all team members.
  3. Feed opportunities into Salesforce and the CRM, follow them up and actively manage the sales pipeline by using conversion ratios and the right sales Key Performance Indicators.
  4. Always make visit reports and confirmation letters communicating them to internal teams (Account Managers, Acquisition Executives, Sales and Business Team Managers, etc.).
  5. Use digital tools: Salesforce, Showpad, Docusign
  • For tenders: Participate in presentation and responsible to present to prospects and clients.
  • For Large and IBO segments, communicate all information to the Sponsors and to the IBO Team.
  • Take part in planning, budgeting and forecast exercises related to own portfolio.
  • Responsible for maintaining and respecting the Financial Security Regulations and legislation (such as: KYC, KYS, Anti Money Laundering, PIC, Professional Ethics, Anti Bribery, Whistle Blowing process).

REQUIREMENTS

  • At least High School diploma preferably Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
  • 5+ years sales experience with direct customer contact in a similar industry.
  • Excellent vehicle operational leasing product and market knowledge.
  • Spoken and written fluency in English and local language (Hungarian)
