The Tribe Artificial Intelligence aims to deliver an efficient and seamless banking experience for our customers and empower our employees through AI. Our expert team of approximately 100 experts includes Data Scientists, AI Engineers, Business Analysts, Scrum Masters, Product Owners and Managers. We are seeking a Business Analyst with a minimum of 3 years of experience in projects related to AI applications, including both generative and traditional AI.
AND IN DETAIL
- You work closely together with product owners, data scientists, architects and other subject matter experts to understand business and technology strategies, develop domain knowledge, identify high-level requirements, and you foster reuse and continuity of that knowledge across all projects enabling the program.
- You analyze and design new business processes: you Identify and define detailed product requirements and use cases.
- You participate in transitioning the requirements and use cases to the designers, and ensure a clear and complete understanding of the requirements
- You assist in translating requirements and use cases into test conditions and expected results for product, performance, and user acceptance testing.
- Participate in quality management reviews, in particular reviews of the designs, prototypes, and other requirements work products to ensure they fulfill the requirements.
- You plan and actively executes the BA requirements management strategy; communicating, driving and managing the business analysis effort through all phases of the project lifecycle.
- You will serve as a liaison to the business community.
- You present the results of your work directly to stakeholders and managers.
- You evolve in an environment where innovation and lean processes are praised, straight-forward communication is encouraged, and peers understand the meaning of team up.
YOUR TALENTS AND COMPETENCES
- You have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in business analysis, preferably in the financial sector
- You are fluent in English and have a good command of French and/or Dutch (written and spoken communication skills)
- You have a good knowledge of AI capabilities
- Regarding soft skills : you have an Analytical mind – conceptual thinking, you have negotiation and persuasion skills, you have a structured approach and you are goal-oriented
