  • Excellent requirement elicitation skills and successfully bridge the gap between the business users and IT developers
  • Should possess the basic knowledge on PL –SQL and Unix
  • Suggest solution to resolve small to medium problems associated with the technical implementation
  • Understanding of data warehouse concepts and principles
  • Suggest and lead various system improvement initiatives
  • Conduct status meetings on timely manner with various stakeholders
  • Prepare and forecast periodic ETAs, SLAs, team matrix and budget and tightly monitor the same
  • Formulate and circulate periodic news bulletin for various project stakeholders
  • Work closely with Support team to track the recurring issues and ensure that bugs are fixed on high priority
  • Ensure that all standard requirements have been met and review technical specifications
  • Responsible for assisting the project manager in compiling information with regards to upcoming activities, high risk requirements, production reviews, etc

Occupational Experience:

  • 5 to 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst with an exposure to Capital Markets
  • Knowledge of Financial Industry and an understanding of Payments and Payment Systems workflow is expected
  • Minimum 2 years of experience with Oracle, PL-SQL, MSBI and Unix
  • Good understanding on data governance principle
  • Good technical, documentation and management skills
