We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Internal Sales Support professional to join our team. This role will be integral in supporting the sales process and ensuring smooth administrative and operational management post-customer acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
- Input and review approvals issued by the risk management department of the funder.
- Verify the completeness of documentation for leasing transactions and ensure accurate system entry.
- Provide commercial support to clients and resolve inquiries effectively.
- Regularly review and manage company production reports, ensuring proper storage and archiving.
- Assist the assigned sales representative in managing and executing activities related to their portfolio.
- Address and resolve customer or supplier requests received via phone or email.
- Represent the company by promoting its image and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
Required Skills and Competencies
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles.
- Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
- Familiarity with financial products related to leasing.
- Excellent telephone communication and relationship management skills.
