Position Purpose

This PMO role would function under Site PMO activity and their purpose is to work with the various Stakeholders including Domain heads, Cross-functional stakeholders, Project Managers etc to broadly on subjects such as Budgeting, Reporting, clarity and recruitment coordination. 

The PMO Manager ensure the implementation of WMIS governance and best practices to enable the successful delivery of site PMO responsibilities.

Direct Responsibilities

·       Ensure the successful implementation of the WMIS PMO’s strategy, responsibilities, services and deliverables.

·       Support the gamut of budget activities, including follow-up and coordination to ensure 100% allocation, capacity management etc

·       Assist Domain & Division head in the budget forecast and yearly exercise 

·       Coordinate with the various stakeholders for data gathering, prepare the base data structure for the dashboard, update resource phasing, ensure accuracy and eye for detail to prepare management presentations

·       Prepare regular status reporting, work on generating various reports, dashboards, and analysis from time to time to cater to management needs

·       Work with Project Managers to oversee project costs and ensure finances are well managed

·       Mentor and train new or experience projects manager on WMIS project governances, project status reporting structure, risk and issue updating, project budgeting, project card etc

Technical & Behavioral Competencies

Technical Competencies

  • Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable university/college
  • 4 to 6 years of experience as an IT Professional, with minimum 2+ years in Analytics (or) Accounting (or) PMO experience
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environments
  • High level of professionalism, patience and maturity. Must be team-oriented and shows ability to work well with team members
  • General banking / Wealth Management knowledge is a plus
