Preparation of pitch books for IBA deals and execution of mandated transactions
Ensuring compliance with applicable Compliance requirements
Build and maintain relationships with clients at the appropriate level and seniority
Appreciation of SC or Bursa regulations such as listing rules, takeover codes, etc.
Assist and support senior bankers in achieving the budget for IBA
Assist and support senior bankers in securing franchise building mandates
To maintain Customer Relationship Management database of contacts and coverage notes
To monitor market and industry developments for deal sourcing opportunities
Ensure compliance with Bank’s policies/procedures and regulatory requirements, in particular with regards to the KYC responsibilities and duties (per Appendix attached)
Competencies (Technical / Behavioural)
Corporate finance/M&A and investment banking skill sets
