Job Title: Business Change manager

Department: Investment analytics and Data Services (IADS)

About Business line/Function: 

Investment Analytics and Data Service (IADS) team is a department of BNP ISPL providing performance and reporting services to Asset Managers and Institutional clients. Services

provided by IADS include state of the art performances and risks calculations delivered online or through wide range of reports (accounting packs, Investment reviews) or data feeds.

Position Purpose: 

IADS (formerly IRP) BCM is a global team which bridges Business teams and IT, in implementing Change Requests and Process Changes. Analysts in BCM team cater to variety of changes received via business requirements from Products, Regulatory, spoke locations, Client Facing, OPS production Centers and IT.

  • Lead business change programs 
  • Define pre-requirements and Business needs to improve global activity proposing harmonized and standardized process enhancements solutions matching with the global strategic plan 
  • Provide help and assistance to Operational teams
  • Coordinate & facilitate communication with co-workers (Business, IT, Support, other business lines)
  • Define & implement best business practices 

Responsibilities

Direct Responsibilities

  • Lead end‑to‑end project delivery, ensuring alignment with the Global BCM team and adherence to approved road‑maps.
  • Maintain and evolve IADS systems, driving innovation while preserving compatibility with legacy architecture.
  • Own Change Request Management and continuously monitoring the project portfolio, tracking progress against strategic objectives.
  • Review and validate key BCM artefacts (PID, BRD, test cases, stakeholder documentation) and confirm that IT solutions and testing strategies are functionally coherent.
  • Identify process and system gaps; propose and implement best‑practice enhancements that reduce manual effort, mitigate risk, and satisfy regulatory or market requirements.
  • Facilitate multi‑location stakeholder meetings, capture business investment ideas, and translate them into actionable initiatives aligned with the global strategic plan.
  • Optimize performance‑reporting operations by assessing solution feasibility and recommending suitable improvements.
  • Collaborate with Operations Managers to streamline production processes and boost operational efficiency.
  • Manage people‑related activities – recruitment, onboarding, training, resource planning, and team‑building – to sustain a high‑performing change‑management team.
  • Produce and share clear project road‑maps, status reports and communication artefacts, ensuring visibility, accountability and stakeholder buy‑in across the organisation.

Contributing Responsibilities

  • Represent IADS BCM in senior‑management meetings, communicating progress and aligning local activities with corporate strategy.
  • Provide team leadership – set clear objectives, coach staff and assess performance against annual KPIs.
  • Ensure service delivery excellence and maintain an efficient escalation process for any delivery‑related issues.
  • Allocate and prioritise work across the team, coordinating BP2S/IADS processes required for development and maintenance activities.
  • Validate IT requirements and testing strategies, confirming that proposed solutions are functionally coherent with business requests.
  • Define and organise end‑user testing, ensuring test objectives are met and results are documented.
  • Maintain and update user guides, create training materials and deliver training sessions in partnership with IT.
  • Support operational teams by providing day‑to‑day assistance, troubleshooting issues and driving continuous service improvements.
  • Contribute to business development – respond to RFPs, participate in due‑diligence activities and recommend enhancements that improve efficiency or introduce new products/services.
  • Investigate, document and resolve incidents, recommending corrective actions and monitoring remediation to prevent recurrence.

Specific Qualifications:

  • Fluent in English
  • Minimum 10 years of experience
  • Strong financial & process expertise
  • Functional knowledge of financial instruments (Equities, Bonds, Options…) 
  • Mandatory Experience in Performance Measurement, Calculation Methodologies & Analytics
  • Extensive experience (preferably with Certification) in Project Management
  • Knowledge on B-One, Factset, JIRA , OCTANE, Office Tools (with Excel expertise)
