Job Title: Assistant Vice President, Senior Business Analyst

Location: 735 Chesterbrook Boulevard, Chesterbrook, PA 19807

Duties: Elicit new requirements for system enhancements and write the business requirements document. Manage IT projects and identify and resolve system development lifecycle risks. Work with the vendor on the solution of the requirements and make sure they are in line with the requirements. Participate in the testing effort and ensure a smooth delivery in production. Organize and participate in Custody platform training for the end users. Participate in launching and following up on market projects and initiatives as assigned. Identify product gaps or weaknesses and suggest areas for improvement. Communicate and apply project standards. Provide IT L3 support for production incidents and support tickets and assist in complex functional investigations. Work with business stakeholders for new requirements and regular communications with them about release planning. Identify improvement areas and come up with innovative ways to remediate it. Perform peer reviews of Business requirement Documents, Functional Solution documents, and test plan. Assist Production support team in complex functional investigations for US Custody, Corporate Trust and MFS applications. Perform bug fix testing and assist on Defect Management process to certify correct behavior of the application.    

SALARY: $125,923 - $150,000/ year

Work Schedule: 9am to 5pm, 40 hours a week. (Monday – Friday)

Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree (US or Foreign Equivalent) in Information Technology or related field and five (5) years of experience in job offered or related role OR Master's degree (US or Foreign Equivalent) in Information Technology or related field and three (3) years of experience in job offered or related role. Must have five (5) years of experience (or 3 with Master’s) with: Experience as a Business Analyst, Application Support Analyst, or related occupation performing business analysis for application releases within a Securities Services domain, international bank, or international financial services organization; Oracle/SQL database – SQL query writing and data analysis, writing PL/SQLs for data extracts; and ISO15022 SWIFT Messages to identify and analyze issues with Securities Services domain in the financial industry. Must have three (3) years of experience with: Developing computer programs in any scripting language; Software development life cycle using Waterfall or Agile methodology; and Service Now, Jira and Confluence (Wiki) tools.
