Job Title: Technical Lead

Department: CEFS IT APS

Position Purpose: 

This role is played by ISPL CEFS AML APS to support CIB clients across all regions & there is a need to strengthen ISPL around a Drive mandate.

Scope of the role requires strong knowledge in NICE Actimize tool with regards to SAM modeule and strengthening the AML platforms across regions.

 Responsibilities

· Resolve AML Users queries on alerts, missing data, alert investigations, KDE, Payments/postings mismatch, alert rule investigation and other Actimize related techno functional support.

· Lead identify and drive continuous improvement initiative within production support processes and ensure optimization at all level. 

· Build strong relationship with Stakeholders , communicate on key KPI’s & project updates, address concerns, gather feedback for improvements 

· Lead technical upgrade programs resulting in improved stability of applications and enhance user satisfactions .

· Collaboration with development, infrastructure and operations to facilitate effective communication and coordinate support activities. 

· Establish and monitor key performance indicators for application performance proactively and address potential issues. 

· Ensure comprehensive documentation of support processes, incident reports and application configurations and KEDB's 

· Manage application support team colleagues ensuring effective performance, professional development.

· Ensure adherence to the ITIL framework for incident, problem, and change management processes & ensure focus on continuity for technology and business

· Ensure that all controls and procedures outlined in the procedures manual and general company policies are complied with across all departments within Client Management 

· Ensure appropriate escalation to management & /or Permanent Control (or compliance as appropriate) as soon as an issue remains unsolved beyond & above what can be reasonably handled within the considered remit. 

· Drive continuous improvement to review & streamline operations processes to converge towards better STP Rate, to improve Turn-Around Time & to minimize error rates 

· Active participation on ad hoc tasks and/or projects as assigned by Management from time to time.

· Contribute / Lead some of CIB Transformation Initiatives for Client Management (regional organization towards target Operating model, End to End Project, Digital transformation) 

· Active contribution or participation to relevant ‘Workshops / Lab Sessions / Brainstorming’ 

· Promote, within ISPL CEFS APS department, a mindset around accountability, continuous improvement, client focus, change management & innovation 

· Proven aptitude to lead and manage high performing teams

· Work on IG & Audit topics.

Technical Competencies: 

· Strong Knowledge on NICE Actimize application on preferably on SAM module.

· Strong knowledge on Python and Oracle/SQL 

· Strong knowledge of active monitoring and alerting tools e.g.:- Dynatrace, Autosys 

· Strong knowledge of ITIL / Service Management process 

  • · Knowledge of Scripting, Ansible or Python etc.
  • · Knowledge of Kubernetes/Tomcat/Apache 
  • · Good to have knowledge on Grafana

Specific Qualifications:

  • University Graduate
  • Minimum 8+ yrs. of relevant experience in corporate/IB in AML
