Application Production Support Specialist - AI/ML Platforms
ABOUT THE JOB
We are expanding the team to specifically support our growing AI/ML and Agentic AI ecosystems. As an Application Production Support Specialist, you will ensure the stability and performance of our cutting-edge AI/ML and Agentic AI platforms. You will operate at the intersection of deep technical infrastructure and functional business enablement, managing complex Linux/Kubernetes environments while supporting advanced AI models and MLOps pipelines. You will work closely with Data Scientists, Product Owners, and Developers to maintain the reliability of next-generation intelligent agents.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitor AI/ML application performance proactively (e.g., via Dynatrace) and resolve technical/functional incidents to ensure SLA compliance
- Maintain underlying platform infrastructure (Linux, K8s, Docker) and collaborate with Data Scientists on MLOps pipeline deployments
- Lead the management of user requests, acting as the primary technical and functional point of contact for end-users
- Act as a communication bridge between Developers, Product Owners, and Business Stakeholders during incidents and system updates
- Drive continuous improvement by collecting user feedback to enhance AI products and providing detailed analysis to development teams for bug resolution
- Utilize CI/CD tools and Infrastructure as Code (Ansible, Terraform) to support the seamless deployment of new AI Agents
PROFILE & SKILLS
- Proven experience in production support or DevOps roles, specifically within complex Linux/Kubernetes environments and AI/ML workflows
- Proficiency in Linux, Kubernetes, Docker, S3, and PostgreSQL
- Strong expertise in Python and familiarity with LLM/MLOps workflows
- Proficient use of DevOps tools including Jenkins, ArgoCD, Bitbucket, Terraform, and Ansible
- Hands-on experience with Kafka, OpenSearch/ElasticSearch, APIs, and MCP
- Ability to use AI/ML observability tools like Arize Phoenix and monitoring tools like Dynatrace
- Strong understanding of Agile (Jira/Confluence) and ITIL best practices
- Exceptional English communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical issues for business users
- Analytical mindset with the autonomy to lead investigations from initial detection to final resolution
