Provide L3 Technical support to manage Collab cloud applications like Symphony (AWS private Cloud), BNPP private cloud hosted apps FMOP on Kubernetes & Docker, Microsoft Cloud (Exchange Online, Teams, Intune, Autopilot, EOP, EntraAD, Azure) and Email security Gateways
Provide technical expertise to prepare Proof of concepts for Cloud related application migrations
Able to automate Cloud solutions via Powershell scripting for continuous improvement
Able to design and architecture for various projects and have experience driving large scale migrations across various tools of collaborative infrastructure
Must have a continual improvement and risk mitigation focus and proactively improve the monitoring, efficiency, reliability, capacity and quality of all IT services under his managed perimeter
Guarantee functioning of the infrastructure/services in APAC, considering business requirements
Responsible for having an operational up to date BCP / DR documented and tested
Financial Management
Assist team manager / project manager to prepare the regional budget for the Tower ensuring aggressive negotiations, cost-effective solutions, rigorous management & tracking of the IT spend, and transparent IT costs allocation to the Business
Business relationship management
Liaising with Business Application Teams, Regional IT Teams, Global Infrastructure Support and IT Security Teams to resolve issues, complete tasks and deliver projects in a timely fashion
Governance
Planning and completing designated projects from start to end, providing regular updates on task and project status and ensuring project deadlines are met on time
Responsible for the SLA section related to the tower: SLA definition, reporting, dashboards
Ensure the coordination and collaboration with Global Head of the relevant functional area
Ensure that the instructions and guidelines of the Group (esp. IT Security guidelines and Global ITI&P Governance) are respected and the architecture is validated
Responsible for controls to be run for as well as the closure of audit points related to the tower

Key Results Areas
Optimize the infrastructure and drive the tower strategy for APAC in line with Head Office strategy
Guarantee functioning of the systems by having resilient infrastructure, adequate staffing, and escalation of problems, proper documentation, good procedures/controls and monitoring
Find existing weaknesses in the team, ensure appropriate staffing, provide improvement programs and dynamically and actively remedy this
Define and implement comprehensive APAC Collaborative infrastructure / service monitoring strategy
Track and proactively manage Incidents. Devise improvement strategies to reduce incidents.
Track and proactively manage assets
Develop procedures and IT controls for the tower
Competencies (Technical / Behavioral)
Excellent knowledge and experience with following systems (must be with expert knowledge on following):
Azure M365/O365, MS Exchange 2016/2019. Microsoft Outlook
MS Teams/Skype and similar IM platforms
Knowledge of MobileIron and IronPort will be added advantage
Active directory (core knowledge of AD, GPO, scripting, etc.)
Certifications in MS O365 and Exchange would be added advantage
Specific Qualifications and Experience
At least 8 years of experience in a complex IT infrastructure environment
Experience in an investment banking-focus business
Experience of large organizations (matrix with local & functional reporting lines)
ITIL / CobiT trained and experience with ITSM tools
Mature, independent, well organized with excellent communication skills (written, spoken, presentations)
Exposed to multi-cultural environment and able to work as part of a Global team
Quick thinker and good decision-maker
Analytical, detail -oriented and self-motivated
