What Makes You A Perfect Fit?
Graduate degree in Actuarial Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
At least 5 years of experience in actuarial or data science related fields, with a focus on insurance
Proficiency in Python programming language
Strong understanding of actuarial and risk-related concepts, including their applications in life and non-life insurance
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proactive and innovative mindset, with a strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills

Lead projects focused on risk monitoring and risk modelling, using advanced actuarial techniques
Collaborate closely with the IT department to design and implement data architecture, data flows, and databases to support actuarial modelling and analysis
Develop and improve actuarial models and solutions to support business decision-making
Maintain accurate and up-to-date model documentation, procedures, and processes
Ensure data quality and integrity, and perform other relevant duties as assigned
Contribute to the development of innovative actuarial models and solutions, driving analytics capabilities within the team
