Paribas is recruiting for its European Finance Operations Center in Lisbon,
part of the Group Finance function. Group Finance is responsible for compiling
and processing accounting and financial information in order to ensure its
publication and to provide Executive Management with the necessary information
for the entire Group’s financial management.
We are looking for young talents to join our new accounts payable
operations in Lisbon.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Participating to our day to day
Procure to Pay activities for corporate entities including timely and accurate
Ensure correct booking of invoices (General Ledger
Account, VAT rate, Cost Center)
Identify, complete and request missing information
Perform controls in line with corporate procedures
Contribute to tests and automation activities
Participate to other related activities
Bachelor degree in University degree or equivalent in Accounting,
Economics, Business Management or other related field
Good command of MS Office applications
Ability to work under tight deadlines with flexible schedules and with
Organizational skills and good attention to detail
Strong team spirit
Good communication skills (spoken & written), proactive attitude and
problem solving skills
Fluent in English (minimum B2 Level, CECRL certificate), French is a
