Tasks & Responsibilities: What awaits you
- Assisting the Relationship Management team in creating and updating client profiles according to global standards
- Ensuring organized client and internal folders for clear communication and easy information access
- Developing an overview of procedure filing and related updates
- Reviewing and acting on all audit actions clearly
- Supporting product sales campaigns by logging actions and follow-ups
- Initiating, implementing, and managing cross-team efficiency projects
- Utilizing our CRM tool and developing team KPIs
- Providing comprehensive support throughout sales processes
- Conducting data analysis and preparing results in presentations for senior management
- Assisting the Relationship Managers in the RFP/RFI process for new mandates (client questionnaires and pitch book preparation in ppt.)
- Supporting onboarding coordination for new clients
- Coordinating cross-team efficiency initiatives
- Maintaining executive sponsor documentation
Expertise & Soft Skills: What you offer
- Currently studying business or a related field
- Experience in the Financial Services Industry
- Proficient in standard software applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- A proactive team player who is self-motivated
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey ideas clearly and concisely
- Organized and methodical working style
- Fluent in German and English (C1 Level required)
