The Agile Production Services (APS) tribe is where IT Production happens. As part of a tight-knit group of 7 teams, we handle end-to-end Production Services, from go-live support to 24/7 on-call troubleshooting (yes, nights and weekends included).
Your role? The tech backbone of our digital operations. Whether it’s Level 2/3 support, application security, or hosting optimization, you’ll work closely with Infrastructure and Dev teams to keep our systems fast, secure, and reliable. No two days are the same - and that’s the way we like it.
AND IN DETAIL
As our WCM Specialist, you’ll be the go-to person for all things Web Content Management.
That means:
- Ownership of WCM expertise: you’ll be the resident guru on TeamSite, headless architecture, and best practices. When teams need answers, they come to you.
- Building, integrating, improving: you’ll analyze, develop, or implement new components, working with Application Leads and integrators to push boundaries.
- Keeping the Portal running smoothly: but not just maintaining it. You’ll help shape the future vision in our WCM guild (our tech community).
- Documentation that actually helps: you’ll turn complex setups into clear, actionable guides for stakeholders. No jargon-heavy manuals.
- Collaborating with architects: you’ll assist in cost-benefit analyses for new web implementations.
- Security and performance first: you’ll play an active role in incident, problem, and change management. Finding issues, fixing them, preventing repeats.
- Setting standards: you’ll ensure every user, on every device, has a seamless experience.
- Monitoring and optimizing: you’ll track performance, spot bottlenecks, and keep things running at peak efficiency.
- On-call duty: One week per month (18:00–7:30), you’re the go-to person. But don’t worry: you’re never alone.
YOUR TALENTS AND COMPETENCES
What you bring:
- 5+ years of experience.
- OpenText mastery: you know TeamSite, LiveSite, OpenDeploy inside out, in an Agile/XP environment.
- Your tech toolkit:
- JavaScript, Node.js, NPM, React, Webpack, Jest, SASS, HTML5 are your daily drivers.
- CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Nexus). You automate like it’s second nature.
- Headless WCM architecture (especially TeamSite). You don’t just understand it, you make it work.
- Sharp analytical skills. You spot problems before they happen.

- Team player, but self-driven: you take initiative and own your work.
- Fast learner: new tools? You pick them up quickly and put them to use.
- Open-minded and adaptable: change is the only constant in tech, and you thrive in it.
- Detail-oriented, but big-picture aware: you follow processes without losing sight of the end goal.
- Clear communicator: whether it’s tech talk with devs or updates for management, you get your point across.
- Persistent and committed: you don’t quit until the job’s done right.
- Comfortable in a multicultural environment: different backgrounds, one shared mission.
Languages:
- Fluent English (written and spoken) is a must.
- Dutch and/or French? A definite plus.
