Position Purpose
As part of the team growth, we look for a second strong Project/ Program Manager who can be seen as a benchmark in the Team & in the Organization and who can handle significant Projects involving global and senior stakeholders
Responsibilities
Direct Responsibilities
· Formulate, organize and monitor inter-connected projects
· Analyse and define on suitable strategies and objectives
· Coordinate cross-project activities
· Lead and evaluate project managers and other staff
· Develop and control deadlines, budgets and activities
· Apply change, risk and resource management
· Assume responsibility for the program’s people and vendors
· Assess program performance and aim to maximize ROI
· Resolve projects’ higher scope issues
· Prepare reports for program directors
· Directly manage multiple onboarding / transition projects related to Operations processes in the Securities Services domain
· Ensure Risks and Issues are managed proactively and various transition deliverables are documented and signed off before go-live
· Develop strong, positive, constructive relationships with multiple senior stakeholders
· Lead matrix teams to deliver high quality results
· Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment
Contributing Responsibilities
· Ensure adherence to the Transition Methodology and Outsourcing Compliance for self and team
· Contribute to building a world class Programme / Project Management discipline
· Thorough understanding of project/program management techniques and methods
· Excellent Knowledge of performance evaluation and change management principles
· Should have managed and led transitions in a similar setup (Securities Services) either in a captive / third party environment and transitioned Operations from overseas to India
· Strong interpersonal communication and coaching skills, capable of explaining, teaching, training in a highly effective manner
Technical & Behavioral Competencies
· Proven Program/Project Management skills
· Proven experience as a Program Manager or other managerial position
Specific Qualifications (if required)
· PMP / Prince 2 certified highly preferred
· MBA preferred
