Business Overview:
The role of the Securitized Products Trade Support and MBS Allocations and team takes on the client service and administration support functions, which includes management reporting, resolution of customers’ discrepancies, and ad hoc inquiries and investigations supporting the securitized products front office.

Responsibilities:
- Allocate TBA products and manage pool inventory on 48-hour days
- Manage the TBA Allocation life cycle which includes processing trade assignments, pair-offs, pool changes, as well as the TBA and Pool netting processes
- Monitor FICC/RTTM terminal for timely matching trades with FICC members
- Assist CMO desk with REMIC, Super, Mega, Giant and Platinum deals
- Confirm all securitized products trades with counterparties and brokers which include TBA’s, Pools, CMO’s, CMBS, US Treasuries, ABS, CLO, RMBS, etc.
- Support growing securitized products sales desk consisting of heavy interaction with customer accounts and facilitating the allocation of money manager sub-accounts for client type trading, as well as broker/dealers
- Primary liaison between trading desks, sales desks, P/L, finance, settlements & broker/dealer community,
- Reconcile end-of-day trading activity and positions within various in-house systems
- Assist back–office settlements group in researching DK’s
- Manage fails by communicating with the street and distributing fails report to the desk
Minimum Required Qualifications:
- 7 plus years of MBS allocations experience
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP)
- 4-year college degree preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to analyze complex problems and find solutions
- Team player
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bloomberg, CTM, Alert, MBSExpert and Impact (ICI) experience +
- Ability to work well under pressure/heavy trading desk interaction
FINRA Registrations Required:

The expected starting salary range for this position is between $115k to $160k annually. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business line, and geographic/office location.
