Transfer Agency Business Manager

Requirements:

  • University Degree
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English-Fluent), additional languages a plus.
  • 5+ years Financial Services  (Transfer Agency experience a preference, not mandatory) 
  • Excel and Power BI skills
  • PowerPoint presentation skills
  • Project Management certificate a plus
  • Analytical thinking
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Executive-board level of presentations preparation (power point)
  • Communication skills (English – Fluent)
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Great flexibility and capacity to adjust to changing requirements
  • Ability to co-operate with different departments and legacy locations

Responsibilities:

  • Enable Management financial stewardship of all aspects of the TA activity, including but not limited to:
    • Unit Costing: Responsible for the monitoring of the evolution of unit costs across all teams ensuring that productivity improves with each release of unit costs.
    • Cost Centre re-charging, 
    • Headcount reconciliation and planning: Manage the Headcount budget process
    • Headcount and Efficiency savings tracking for the Industrial strategic plan (including new business) 
    • Analytical reporting including Capacity Monitoring and Sensitivity Analysis
  • Create and maintain visualizations from multiple data sources and produce all metrics concerning Key Performance Indicators and Capacity Management.
  • Ensure the domain’s risk management frameworks are implemented appropriately and working effectively. Maintain incident reporting including trend and Key Risk Indicators.
  • Monitor clients’ satisfaction heatmap related to TA services and work with TA stakeholders to improve score over time. As part of this review, monitor usage of Neolink TA module to push for self-servicing.
  • Hold accountable global stakeholders to ensure timely receipt of information and communicate key messages on TA Performance Index to Senior Management succinctly and of high accuracy and quality.
  • Support the development and maintenance of global reporting methodology across key performance metrics, e.g. headcount, volumes, KPIs, KRIs
