Transactions Settlement Junior Specialist
Requirements:
- Secondary or higher education, preferably in Finance, Economics, Banking, or related fields.
- Up to 1 year of experience in banking operations or securities services (less experience is acceptable – we provide training).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Team player with good collaboration skills.
- Analytical mindset and willingness to learn new processes.
- Good English communication skills.
- Willingness to work in the office for the initial onboarding period (~1 month), then hybrid model 50/50.
Responsibilities:
- Process daily settlement confirmations and client instructions in internal systems (maker/checker process).
- Monitor transaction status and incoming confirmations from the market to ensure timely settlement.
- Respond to internal email queries and collaborate closely with the client relationship team.
- Report any system or process issues to the Team Leader.
- Prepare reports to meet SLA requirements.
- Identify and report process gaps to reduce risk and improve efficiency.
