Position Purpose
- Handle technical file transfer chain build requests
- Part of the Connexis Cash Technical Implementation team
- Deliver fully operational technical links (build + test)
- Handle Punctual Technical Customer migration projects
- Handle technical support level 1
Responsibilities
Direct Responsibilities
- Responsible for compliance, build management and follow-up of file transfer technical links
- Perform all relevant technical requests
- Execute all pre-defined test cases
- Trouble-shooting problems and failed tests cases
- Responsible for Activity reporting
- Produce all relevant KPIs for reporting
- Clarify requirements and cover the testing of finished features
- Support and answer queries from different support teams and stakeholders
